Franchise Terms Overview

Important: This page is a plain-language overview of how a VIP Pizza franchise relationship works. The actual terms governing any franchise — including exact fees, territory rights, obligations, and legal remedies — are set out in a formal, signed Franchise Agreement and Disclosure Document provided directly to applicants during the franchise process. These terms describe the general business relationship between Km Poonam Singh, doing business as VIP Pizza ("Franchisor"), and independent business owners operating VIP Pizza outlets ("Franchisees").

1. Independent Operation

Each VIP Pizza franchise outlet is an independently owned and operated business. The Franchisor provides brand licensing, recipes, supply chain guidance, training, and marketing support under a formal Business-to-Business (B2B) Franchise Agreement. The Franchisee is responsible for the day-to-day operation, staffing, and management of their outlet.

2. Compliance & FSSAI

All franchisees are required to obtain and maintain a valid FSSAI license for their outlet, and to follow the food safety, hygiene, and quality standards set by the Franchisor and applicable Indian regulations at all times.

3. Intellectual Property

The "VIP Pizza" name, logo, recipes, and branding are the exclusive property of the Franchisor. These are licensed to franchisees for use strictly within their designated outlet and territory, for the duration of the franchise agreement, and may not be used elsewhere or after the agreement ends.

4. Franchise Fee & Royalties

Franchise partners agree to a commercial fee structure that includes an initial (non-refundable) franchise fee and an ongoing royalty on monthly sales. Exact figures, payment schedules, and any additional charges are detailed in the formal Disclosure Document shared with each applicant before signing.

5. Support Provided

The Franchisor provides support with site evaluation, kitchen setup, staff training, launch marketing, and ongoing operational guidance through a dedicated franchise manager, as described on our franchise page.

6. Territory & Duration

Specific territory rights and the term/duration of the franchise arrangement are defined individually in each Franchise Agreement and are not standardized across all outlets.
